Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Electrical Service Membership (“Membership”). By purchasing a Membership, the customer (“Member”) agrees to the following:

1. Membership Term & Renewal
Memberships are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Memberships may renew annually unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Membership benefits are non-refundable once services or benefits have been used.

2. Membership Eligibility
Memberships apply to one residential property only.
Membership benefits are intended for owner-occupied or long-term residential use.
Memberships may not be used for commercial, rental portfolio, or multi-unit properties unless explicitly approved in writing.

3. Service Call & Priority Scheduling
“No service call fee” applies to standard service visits during normal business hours.
Priority scheduling means Members receive preferred placement in the service queue, but does not guarantee same-day service.
Emergency response times depend on technician availability, weather conditions, safety concerns, and existing emergency calls.

4. Annual Electrical Safety Inspection
One (1) annual electrical safety inspection is included per Membership year.
Inspection is visual and non-invasive and does not include opening walls, ceilings, or underground components.
The inspection is intended to identify potential safety concerns, not to guarantee full code compliance.
Any recommended repairs or upgrades are quoted separately unless otherwise stated. Member must schedule annual inspection to guarantee service. Unused safety inspections do not roll over to the following year. 

5. Discounts & Savings
Labor discounts apply only to labor charges, not materials, permits, or third-party costs.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
Discounts apply only while Membership is active and in good standing.
Unused discounts do not roll over or carry cash value.

6. Included Minor Services (If Applicable)
Any complimentary minor services included in a Membership are limited to reasonable scope, as determined by the technician.
Minor services must be performed during a scheduled service visit and may not be redeemed separately.
Complimentary items (if included) are limited to standard residential components and do not include specialty, decorative, or premium products unless specified.

7. Fair Use Policy
Membership benefits are intended for routine residential electrical needs.
Excessive, repetitive, or abusive service requests may result in benefit limitations or cancellation at the company’s discretion.
The company reserves the right to refuse service if a request falls outside normal residential use or presents safety concerns.

8. After-Hours & Emergency Services
Reduced after-hours rates (if included) apply only to labor and do not eliminate emergency premiums entirely.
Emergency services are defined as situations presenting immediate safety risks or loss of power and are subject to technician availability.

9. Transferability
Memberships may be transferable to a new homeowner at the same service address, upon written request.
Memberships may not be transferred to a different property or customer without approval.

10. Cancellations & Termination
Memberships may be canceled by the Member at any time; however, refunds are not issued for unused time or benefits.
The company reserves the right to terminate a Membership for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
If terminated for cause, Membership benefits end immediately.

11. Limitations of Liability
Membership benefits do not constitute an insurance policy or warranty.
The company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed wiring issues, or failures outside the scope of provided services.
Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered under the Membership.

12. Changes to Membership Terms
The company reserves the right to modify Membership benefits, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice.
Changes will not affect Memberships already paid in full for the current term.

13. Acceptance
By purchasing or using the Membership, the Member acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
